If you read Fartbag27's older post (Penguin Style Catalog cheats) she couldn't show you guys the special balloon dance..so I'll show you! Thanks Fartbag27 for telling me this in real life. If you want to know how to perform this dance, heres how!
1. Wear the Balloon Vendor Apron from the catalog
2. Wear the colorful Balloons (hand item)
3. Wear ONLY those items
4. Then Dance! (You can dance by clicking D on your keyboard, its quicker!)

Haha, Jk! Basically what your penguin will do is put air in balloons and then hold onto the balloons and float! I think that so cool! How about you? Let me know in a comment below!
