Hey penguins!

Theres a new Penguin Times newsaper and I'm going to review it! This time the newspaper is about the  Great Snow Race. On the first side it talks about the snow race, an interview with one of the EPF agents named Rookie, and Upcoming Events.

Rookie is just telling us that the EPF will protect the island and that you should be an agent too. Here is the upcoming events:
